  We used Party Royal for our daughter's wedding. The chairs, dinnerware, and linens did not show up at the agreed upon time. 3 hours later we received a phone call that their truck had broken down. The father of the bride and a crew of 3 wedding party men went in his pick up with his utility trailer and picked up all the material. Even 3 hours late, Royal party did not have the shipment ready. We had to cut the rehearsal dinner short so that we could move all the supplies to the venue. Royal Party did deliver some of the items missing from the order the next morning, but we had to improvise to cover the head table. Royal Party refused to refund half of the delivery fee. I would not recommend their services to anyone!!!
